About IIPC 2027
From the lecture hall to the cadaver lab in three days.
Three days of ultrasound-guided pain intervention with 22 faculty and facilitators, including international faculty from South Korea, Egypt and Iran. Start with the evidence, scan on live models, then refine your technique on cadavers at Universiti Malaya.

Two venues, both in Kuala Lumpur.
Days 1 and 2 are at Connexion Conference & Event Centre in Bangsar South. Day 3 moves to the Silent Mentor Centre at Universiti Malaya, about 7 minutes away by car (2.8 km).

Which ticket includes the cadaveric workshop?
Only the 3-day ticket. It includes Days 1 and 2 plus the Day 3 cadaveric workshop at Universiti Malaya. The 2-day ticket covers the symposium and hands-on ultrasound only.
How many places are available?
100 participants for Day 1–2 and 40 for the Day 3 cadaveric workshop. A 3-day ticket uses a place in both. Local and International tickets share the same limits.
What happens on the hands-on ultrasound day?
You rotate through 11 stations, each covering one body region, scanning healthy models under the guidance of two facilitators per station.
What is the CIPS station on Day 3?
Station 5 covers the CIPS syllabus on a healthy model and is run as an open “ask anything” station by Dr Helen Gharaei and Dr Abdallah Allam.
Where does each day take place?
Days 1 and 2 are at Connexion Conference & Event Centre, Bangsar South. Day 3 is at the Silent Mentor Centre, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya.
Do Local and International tickets cover different days?
No. The days are set by the 2-day or 3-day package. Local and International are pricing categories only.
