Refund Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to registrations for the International Interventional Pain Conference (IIPC 2027), 12–14 April 2027, Kuala Lumpur, organised by Integrated Pain International Network (IPIN) Malaysia. Every registrant agrees to these terms before paying.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you withdraw or cancel your participation in IIPC 2027 for any reason, the organiser will refund 70% of the total amount paid. The remaining 30% is retained to cover administrative and organisational costs.

• Refunds are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• The refund process may take 7–14 days to complete.

How to request a refund

Email the organising committee at iipc2026.ipin@gmail.com with your full name, IC or passport number, and your registration number or payment receipt.

Sending a replacement instead

If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place. Contact the organising committee before 28 February 2027 by email to iipc2026.ipin@gmail.com with:

• Your details: name, IC or passport number, and your payment receipt.
• The replacement’s details: name, IC or passport number, contact number and email address.

Accuracy of registration details

The organising committee may verify the information submitted and may cancel a registration if any information is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading.
